Policy Implementation – Enforces healthcare programs like Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY), Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), and Ayushman Bharat.

Monitoring & Evaluation – Tracks hospital performance through audits and reports, ensuring proper implementation of schemes.

Maternal & Child Health – Supports initiatives like immunization programs, antenatal care, and newborn care services.

Hospital Administration – Appoints doctors, nurses, and other staff while ensuring their salaries and benefits.
